All Returns:
All returns will be accepted up to 60 days after delivery. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item if you would like to discuss an exchange or refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to verify receipt of said item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Full Refunds for defective art:
Full refunds can be requested for any damaged artwork that does not arrive in the same condition as represented in the item photo and description.
Refunds for non-defective art:
If you wish to request a refund for a non-defective painting, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund unless a replacement is requested.
Exchanges:
For original or commissioned art pieces, we cannot guarantee exact item replacement. However, if a buyer chooses, the artist will make every attempt to recreate a similar piece. Once the replacement is completed and presented, the buyer will have the choice to either accept the replacement piece or simply request a refund.
